Charles Frederick Downen. Charles is married to the former June Carole Madden of Carmi and has two children, Shannon Jill Cook of Normal, Illinois She is a surgical technician at Carle Hospital in Champaign, Illinois. He also has a son, Stephen Charles Downen who is a fourth year music education student at Stetson University in Deland, Florida. June is a teacher at Merritt Island Christian School, and Charles is a retired business consultant. Charles occupies himself with an art and photography studio. They live in Merritt Island Florida.
